- Initial Evaluation: You’ll have a comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Chelsea, who will assess your medical history, current condition and your goals. You will also receive a treatment to calm your symptoms.
- Physical Examination: Our therapist will conduct a thorough physical examination to evaluate your range of motion, strength, and movement patterns in order to make corrections.
- Treatment Plan: Based on your evaluation, we will develop a tailored therapy plan and discuss it with you. This will include education and instruction on your initial treatments that typically focus on alleviating pain and improving mobility.
- Ongoing Sessions: After your evaluation, we will schedule your subsequent sessions and discuss how we can optimize your therapy to help you achieve your goals and conquer life.
